Important limitations of MAUZOP restaurant-profit intelligence, AI-assisted analysis, samples and third-party dependencies.
1. Advisory nature
MAUZOP provides restaurant-profit intelligence and decision-support information. It does not replace your own records, management judgment, accountant, lawyer, tax adviser, auditor, food-safety professional, HR professional, cyber-security adviser or other qualified professional.
2. AI and analytical limitations
Automated/AI-assisted analysis can be incomplete or wrong. Results depend on source-data accuracy, completeness, timing and context. Missing, stale or inconsistent data can materially change an interpretation.
3. Verify before acting
Before taking a material action, verify the underlying source records and involve the person responsible for finance, operations, tax, legal, HR, food safety or another relevant function where appropriate.
4. Illustrative samples
Any dashboard, percentage, score, vendor variance, savings/recovery amount, confidence label or diagnosis marked “sample”, “illustrative”, “example” or equivalent is not a claim about an actual customer result. Customer names, testimonials, metrics and case studies should appear only after verification and approval.
5. Third-party dependencies
Availability and accuracy can depend on POS, inventory systems, aggregators, databases, hosting, email, AI providers and other third-party services. MAUZOP does not guarantee a third party's uptime, data quality, API behaviour or continued availability.
6. No unverified certification claims
MAUZOP does not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, a claimed DPDP certification, “bank-grade”, “military-grade” or another certification/security status unless MAUZOP has current documentary evidence for the specific claim.
7. External links
Third-party links are provided for convenience or service functionality. MAUZOP does not control the third party's content, security, privacy or availability.
8. Legal carve-out
This Disclaimer operates only to the extent permitted by law. It does not exclude liability, statutory rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow MAUZOP to exclude.
