Refund & Cancellation Policy
Rules for paid MAUZOP Pilot access, fee waivers, cancellation, refunds and non-renewal.
1. When no refund exists
If MAUZOP has expressly waived your Pilot fee and you have paid nothing, there is no payment to refund.
2. If a Pilot fee is actually paid
The payment record/onboarding confirmation should clearly show that the charge is for Pilot participation. MAUZOP will not create additional mandatory charges without prior disclosure and express acceptance.
3. Refund / correction situations
- Duplicate charge.
- Incorrect amount charged because of MAUZOP billing error.
- Payment collected after a valid cancellation made before Pilot activation.
- MAUZOP accepts payment but declines/cannot provide the agreed Pilot and does not cure the issue within a reasonable period.
- A refund is required by applicable law, a binding contract, a court/regulator or an applicable payment-network rule.
4. Voluntary withdrawal after activation
A normal refund is unavailable after 7 days from the start of the paid Pilot period, without removing mandatory statutory rights. Duplicate charges, incorrect charges and verified failed-charge cases may be refunded or adjusted after verification.
5. Cancellation and continuation
You may ask to end the Pilot by emailing mauzopind@gmail.com. Auto-renewal applies only with explicit opt-in. You may cancel anytime; cancellation prevents the next renewal.
6. Requesting a refund
Email mauzopind@gmail.com with your name/business, payment reference, amount, date and reason. Do not send full card numbers, OTPs or passwords.
7. Timing
Once a refund is approved, MAUZOP aims to initiate it to the original payment method or agreed return method within 7 business days. Banks/payment providers may take additional time to post the credit.
8. Chargebacks and statutory rights
You may contact MAUZOP first where practical so a disputed charge can be investigated. This does not remove any lawful right to dispute a payment through a bank, payment provider, regulator, consumer forum or court. Nothing in this Policy removes mandatory refund, cancellation or consumer-protection rights.
