Terms & Conditions
The terms governing MAUZOP website, Pilot and service use during the current Pilot stage.
1. Contracting party
During the current Pilot stage, the MAUZOP service is provided by Mishika Intelligence, a proprietorship. These Terms form the agreement between the person or business using MAUZOP and Mishika Intelligence, subject to any later signed agreement.
2. Acceptance and authority
By applying for, accepting or using the Pilot or Services after being presented with these Terms, you agree to them. If you act for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.
3. What MAUZOP does
MAUZOP is a Restaurant Profit Intelligence and decision-support layer above supported operational systems. It may analyse agreed data and surface signals, evidence, confidence labels, explanations and recommended next-verification steps.
4. Advisory and AI limitations
- Outputs may be incomplete, delayed or wrong because source data can be incomplete, stale, inconsistent or incorrect.
- A confidence score is not a guarantee of correctness.
- A recommendation is not an instruction to change pricing, terminate staff, change suppliers, alter tax treatment or take another material action without verification.
- MAUZOP does not guarantee profit, savings, ROI, revenue growth, recovery percentage or business performance.
- The customer/operator remains responsible for final decisions.
5. Pilot fee, waiver and renewal
The public Pilot price is ₹499 per 30 days, paid in advance. Approximately ₹16.63/day is an equivalent display only; the 30-day amount is the billed price. Auto-renewal applies only with explicit opt-in. Taxes, if applicable, will be charged as required by applicable law.
- No payment card is required merely to apply for the Pilot.
- No hidden fee is created by submitting an application.
- There is no automatic conversion from Pilot/application to a paid plan.
- Auto-renewal applies only when the customer explicitly opts in. A customer may cancel anytime; cancellation prevents the next renewal.
6. Customer Data
The customer retains its rights in Customer Data. The customer grants MAUZOP a limited right to host, transmit, scan, analyse and process Customer Data only as reasonably required to provide, secure and support the agreed service and comply with law.
The customer confirms that it has the authority, rights, notices and lawful basis required to provide the data it uploads or connects. MAUZOP's technical ability to receive data does not prove that the customer's collection or disclosure was lawful.
7. Restricted data and prohibited use
- Do not upload data you are not authorised to use.
- Do not put passwords, OTPs, secret keys or payment-card secrets in free-text fields.
- Do not introduce malware, bypass access controls, abuse APIs, scrape protected areas or conduct intrusive security testing without written authorisation.
- Do not use MAUZOP to violate privacy, IP, employment, tax, food-safety, competition, consumer-protection or other applicable law.
- Do not present MAUZOP output as a statutory audit, legal/accounting opinion, certification or guaranteed financial statement.
8. Third-party services
MAUZOP depends on third-party infrastructure and services including database/auth/storage, hosting, email, malware scanning and, when enabled, external AI processing. Their availability and independent acts are outside MAUZOP's direct control. This clause does not excuse MAUZOP from duties that applicable law or a signed agreement places on MAUZOP itself.
9. Pilot / beta nature
Pilot, beta, preview or experimental features may change, contain defects, be capacity-limited or be withdrawn. Pilot participation does not guarantee production access, future pricing, feature availability or acceptance into a later paid plan.
10. Fees and taxes
Any amount other than the disclosed Pilot price (or its documented waiver) must be clearly disclosed and expressly accepted before it is charged. Any future paid subscription, tax, renewal and included scope must be stated in the applicable checkout, invoice or signed Order Form before payment.
11. Cancellation and refunds
Refund and cancellation rights are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and any signed Order Form, subject to rights that applicable law does not allow the parties to waive.
12. Intellectual property
MAUZOP retains rights in the software, product architecture, workflows, models developed independently of Customer Data, documentation, interface, logo, brand and other proprietary materials. No ownership of Customer Data transfers to MAUZOP.
13. Confidentiality
Each party should protect the other's non-public business information using reasonable care and use it only for the relationship. Customer Data is treated as confidential to the extent it is non-public. Disclosure required by law is permitted subject to applicable process.
14. Security and incidents
MAUZOP will maintain reasonable safeguards appropriate to the risk and respond to security incidents in accordance with applicable law and the agreed service terms. No promise is made that unauthorised access can never occur.
15. Suspension
MAUZOP may temporarily restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, unlawful activity, abuse, non-payment of an actually due fee, legal requirement or material breach. Where practical and lawful, MAUZOP should give notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure before a non-emergency suspension.
16. Termination and data
Either party may end the Pilot subject to any agreed onboarding/termination terms. After termination, MAUZOP may retain only data reasonably required for legal, security, billing, dispute, audit or backup obligations and will otherwise handle Customer Data according to valid deletion/return obligations and the verified system lifecycle.
17. No professional advice
MAUZOP is not a chartered accountant, lawyer, tax adviser, auditor, food-safety authority, investment adviser or regulated financial adviser. Use qualified professionals where professional advice is required.
18. Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAUZOP does not warrant that every output will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every business. Any express service warranty must be in a signed agreement. Nothing here excludes rights or warranties that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
19. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MAUZOP will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aggregate liability is capped at fees actually paid during the preceding 3 months, while preserving liability that cannot lawfully be limited and appropriate fraud and wilful-misconduct carve-outs. No clause limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or another liability that applicable law does not permit to be limited.
20. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts of competent jurisdiction having territorial jurisdiction over Zirakpur, Punjab will have jurisdiction. These Terms do not provide for arbitration. Mandatory forums and non-waivable statutory remedies remain available.
